What is Your Most Precious Treasure?

“What is one of your most precious inner treasures? Something so critical to your well-being that you will not let anyone steal it?" my mentor asked me one time.

My PEACE was the first thing that came to my mind.

I protect my peace because for most of my life, I lived without being at peace and at home in my body. I felt pulled in many directions, indecisive, and willing to give my peace away without a second thought because I didn't think I had a choice.

We make choices all day long, often without conscious thought. Sometimes we ignore our needs and then feel discomfort, resentment, and chaos within. Other times, we make choices that are aligned, and we feel at peace and in flow with life.

What is your most precious inner treasure, and what choices are you making to protect it today?"
