I love PT
I love PT. Not the injury part, but the invitation. You're asked to pay attention to a particular area...to move it, support it, strengthen it, and feel it in a way you probably haven't in a while. We all have a “little idiot"
I had a client this week who with a mix of humor and frustration called her back “little idiot.” It made me smile and it made me think. A different kind of productivity
I had a conversation about productivity this week with a client and it reminded me how common it is this time of year to feel frustrated with our own pace. It makes sense.
