Purposeful Breaks

Have you ever found yourself thinking, “I need to be on the wagon, all the time?”

I recently made the choice to take a 7-day break from Instagram, prompting me to reflect on the idea that we're constantly expected to maintain a "winning streak.”

The fear of falling away and losing momentum often keeps us glued to our routines out of obligation. But here's the truth: intentional breaks don't have to lead to a permanent departure; they can spark focus, creativity and passion, leading us to return with heightened enthusiasm and inspiration.

Purposeful breaks, free from guilt and expectations, offer us a chance to detach from the familiar and create space for new life experiences.

How might embracing an intentional break enhance your life and wellbeing right now?
