How Are You Really Doing? Time for a Self-Care Check-In

As we head into the weekend, I encourage you to check in with yourself and reflect on your well-being. Life can get hectic, and we often forget that self-care isn’t about ticking boxes or following routines just because they “should” be good for us. It’s about taking stock of how you feel moment to moment and responding in a way that honors where you are, with kindness.

What does it mean to check in with yourself?

Checking in with yourself invites you to pause and listen. It involves asking meaningful questions to help you understand how you're really feeling and what you truly need.

  • Are you carrying tension or ease?

  • Is your body craving movement or rest?

  • Are there emotions that need attention?

    Time for a Weekend Self-Care Check-In 🌿

The goal is to step out of autopilot and connect with yourself in a meaningful way—without judgment or pressure. When you check in with where you are, instead of where you think you should be, it allows you to make choices that honor your well-being, creating space for true self-care that’s nourishing and sustainable.

So, I invite you this weekend to pause, experiment with these questions and embrace whatever you discover with kindness. Self-care isn’t about perfection; it’s about listening, responding, and showing up for yourself—one compassionate moment at a time.
