Why a Full Life Needs Empty Space

I used to believe that in order to live a full life, I needed to FILL my day with as much work, productivity and fun as possible.

However, I have come to realize that a full life requires empty space.

I've discovered that amazing things happen when I intentionally create space—unscheduled time in my calendar and days. These moments of openness allow for unexpected encounters, enabling me to say yes to spontaneous adventures, new inspiration, and deepening my appreciation for the beauty that surrounds me.

Life has a way of surprising us, and it’s up to us to create room for life to work its wonders.

So, I encourage you to embrace the power of making space in your life. Whether it's a few moments of solitude, a new activity, or simply taking a deep breath, remember that there's magic in allowing the world around you to unfold in its own beautiful way.
