The Art of "Just Enough"

"I haven't heard you say, 'I’m so full, I ate too much!' You used to say that all the time," my client's wife recently remarked. Quite a statement!

This made me contemplate the importance of finding that place of “just enough” and treating our bodies with the love, respect, and care they truly deserve.

Indulging beyond the point of “just enough” can strip away the joy from our experiences. Whether it’s overindulging in food, overcommitting to tasks, or accumulating an excess of possessions, this excess can weigh us down.

In my own life, my home serves as an example of where I practice the concept of “just enough.” Through decluttering my physical environment and cultivating gratitude for all that I have, I've reduced the tendency for excess in my life overall.

Is there one small area of your life where you’d like to begin practicing this quality of “just enough?"
