Spring's Quiet Entrance 🌺

On Tuesday at 11:06 PM, we officially welcomed spring. This marks the earliest start to spring in 128 years, dating back to 1896. Yet, this morning, when I woke up, it was 28 degrees outside. Spring seems to be taking its time, prompting me to reflect on the quiet beauty of its slow unfolding.

In a world that often expects instant results and rapid progress, there's something profound about the art of slow unfolding. Similarly to spring this year, our own journey of growth and transformation follows a rhythm that cannot be rushed. Just as the seasons change gradually, so do we.

When we learn to embrace the pace of slow unfolding, we cultivate patience, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for the journey itself. We understand that growth cannot be forced but must be nurtured with care and intention. Like the flower that blooms in its own time, we too have our seasons of growth, each unfolding at its perfect moment. You may not see it now, but every loving choice you make is shaping you in profound ways.

A different kind of productivity

I had a conversation about productivity this week with a client and it reminded me how common it is this time of year to feel frustrated with our own pace.   It makes sense. Our bodies aren't meant to
